Access & Security FAQs
Our Office Hours are 8.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday, and 8.30am to 1.30pm on Saturdays.
We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
However, customers have 24-hour access to our secure holding yard via their own unique PIN code so they can come and go as they please.
For a pick up, we need 24 hours’ notice to ensure we have your item ready for you in our secure holding yard.
For a drop off, the notice can be shorter but 24 hours is a good rule of thumb.
The best way to notify us is via the Booking Tab in the Members’ Area of the Big Boys Toy Storage website because your booking comes direct to our computer and can’t get lost or forgotten.
Your unique PIN Code should be easy for you to remember, but if you do forget it, please call us for help.
Security is of critical importance to us too. In addition to our premises being purpose built and completely flood-free, our whole complex is secured by round-the-clock motion detection CCTV, three metre high outer perimeter security fence and vigilant onsite management. Plus, our internal secure storage areas are enclosed behind electronically locked roller doors.
For car storage, our internal secure storage areas feature second level raised storage platforms lifted four metres up via our heavy-duty hydraulic ram vehicle lifts and the whole lot is enclosed behind electronically locked roller doors.
So you can rest easy knowing your items are safe and secure and being lovingly cared for.
